With Bridget from Kilbryde Preserves at Wylam Institute, Sunday 17th November, 10am-2pm

Bridget will guide you through making some Christmas themed preserves, which you get to take home. Last year we made curd, mincemeat and preserved oranges but Bridget has new recipes planned for this year! Refreshments are provided.
